Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Noida. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and other related responsibilities such as recruitment, training, and development of employees.
Qualifications
- Must have an experience of 2 years in HR
- Must have worked in IT company for at least 2 years
- Strong knowledge of HR management, operations, and policies
- Experience in employee relations and in creating a positive work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive situations professionally
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Certification in Human Resources Management is a plus
