Live Support Executive (Night Shift) – 1-3 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns via live chat, email, and other communication channels.
- Prepare legal documents and agreements.
- Scheduling and preparing invoicing.
- Maintaining files and other data records.
Requirement:
- Should have experience in handling live chat and customer support.
- Should have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with remote work and strong time management skills.
- Previous experience in a night shift role is a plus.
