Ok so decision made, I was eager to grow my company, took the leap of faith and being as impressed as I am, I would like to share my experience thus far.
First, Paypal is accepted and in my eyes there are few safer services than Paypal. I received an immediate call an hour after my first payment informing me that the funds were received. I was also directed on the very same call to a software program called Basecamp. New to me, but wow! An icon on my smartphone informing me of every single step of their work program is updated in real time. Communication which is where most companies fall down was there every minute of every day. These guys are brilliant at what they do and the results in increased traffic, was astonishing. I must also inform you that I have requested a few services that were not part of the program and they were taken care of immediately and yes, without additional charge. I am now only three months in and have been moved to the first page of almost every search category there is in the field of residential cleaning and maid services. Two gentleman heading my project, Ravi and Abhinav have been on top of things from the start, but even more importantly I got immediate results on traffic and incoming phone calls and ultimately that is what we pay for. Reports are send monthly on traffic, competition etc. and I am completely involved with the whole process.
A final note; I have never been contacted to upgrade services or been loaded on sending more money for anything. The result which is evident has drawn me to inquire about additional services offered and everything including the expected results have been explained and matched.
